Ingredients 6 cups of popped popcorn 1 package Vanilla Almond Bark 1/2 box Lemon Jell-O mix Zest of 1 lemon Juice of 1/2 lemon 2 tbsp poppyseeds Instructions Prepare popcorn Melt almond bark and pour over popcorn; stir until evenly coated Add Lemon Jell-O mix, making sure to evenly coat popcorn kernels Zest lemon and add to popcorn and almond bark Add juice of 1/2 lemon Stir until evenly distributed Add poppyseeds Serve up and enjoy this refreshing and delicious summer popcorn treat!

Ingredients 6 cups of popped popcorn 1 package Vanilla Almond Bark 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles (or anything that looks like watermelon seeds) *optional: green food coloring gel Instructions Prepare popcorn Melt Almond Bark, following package instructions Stir until evenly coated If taking the optional step, divide popcorn (evenly) into two bowls In bowl #1, add watermelon Jell-O Stir until all of the kernels are covered (yum!) Ingredients 6 cups popped popcorn 1 package chocolate almond bark 1 cup chopped almonds 1/2 cup shredded or grated coconut 1/2 tsp coconut extract (a little goes a LONG way) Instructions Prepare popcorn Melt chocolate almond bark and pour over popcorn, coating evenly Add coconut extract to popcorn; stir Add almonds and shredded coconut Stir until everything is evenly combined (try to resist from eating it right out of the bowl!)
