- 6 cups of popped popcorn
- 1 package Vanilla Almond Bark
- 1/2 box Lemon Jell-O mix
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp poppyseeds
- Prepare popcorn
- Melt almond bark and pour over popcorn; stir until evenly coated
- Add Lemon Jell-O mix, making sure to evenly coat popcorn kernels
- Zest lemon and add to popcorn and almond bark
- Add juice of 1/2 lemon
- Stir until evenly distributed
- Add poppyseeds
