Jelly Donut (Sufganiyah) Popcorn

Ingredients
- 6 cups of popcorn (we recommend popping with Movie Theater Butter and sugar instead of salt)
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of corn syrup
- 1/2 cup of strawberry jam
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Powdered sugar for topping
Instructions
- Prepare popcorn in a pot, popper, etc. using movie theater butter to pop
- As the popcorn is popping, sprinkle a little bit of sugar every 20-30 seconds
- When popcorn is finished, set aside
- Melt butter over medium heat
- Stir in sugar, corn syrup, and strawberry jam to make combine
- When mixture comes to a boil, allow to sit for 2 minutes and then stir in baking soda
- Immediately stir popcorn into pot and coat
- Pour coated popcorn on parchment paper or other nonstick surface and allow to cool
- Powdered sugar topping to taste
