Honey Mustard Popcorn

Ingredients
- 6 cups of popped popcorn
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. dried mustard
- Salt (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare popcorn
- Preheat oven to 250°
- Over medium heat, melt butter and honey
- Add Dijon mustard, bring to simmer
- Remove from heat and slowly pour over popcorn
- Add onion, dried mustard, salt and garlic powder, stir
- Line baking sheet with parchment and spread out popcorn
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
