Gingersnap Popcorn

  1. Preheat oven to 250°
  2. Prepare popcorn in a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together
  3. Add molasses, ginger, cinnamon, clove, salt, and vanilla to melted butter mixture, allow to come to a light boil for 5 minutes
  4. Add baking soda and stir, mixture will expand!
  5. Pour over popcorn and stir until evenly coated
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread gingersnap popcorn into an even layer
  7. Bake 10 minutes
  8. Allow to cool
  9. Enjoy!
