Coconut Lime Popcorn

  1. Prepare popcorn
  2. Over low heat with a small frying pan, toast coconut (tossing constantly)
  3. Zest and juice both limes
  4. Add coconut, lime juice and zest to a bowl; stir and set aside
  5. Melt Almond Bark following package instructions
  6. Pour Almond Bark over popcorn and stir
  7. Add half of the coconut mixture to the popcorn, saving remaining for topping
  8. Allow almond bark to set and top with remaining coconut lime mixture
  9. Enjoy the tastes and smells of the islands!
