- 2 oz tequila
- 2 oz pomegranate juice (unsweetened)
- 1.5 oz triple sec
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 teaspoons Chile Limon + more for the rim
- coarse salt
On a small plate combine a few tablespoons each of coarse salt & Chile Limon. Run a slice of lime around the edge of a margarita glass and dip in the salt and chili mixture. Fill with ice and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine tequila, pomegranate juice, lime juice, triple sec and 2 teaspoons of Chile Limon.
Shake vigorously until cocktail is well chilled.
Strain into prepared margarita glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime and more Chile Limon if desired.
