Butterbeer Popcorn

Ingredients

• 6 cups of popped popcorn
• 1 stick butter (melted)
• 1 bag of mini marshmallows
• 1 cup butterscotch chips
• 1 tsp butter extract

Instructions

1. Prepare popcorn
2. In a medium pot, over medium heat, melt butter
3. Once butter is melted, add marshmallows, butterscotch chips and butter extract
4. Stir until melted together
5. Pour over popcorn, stir
6. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press popcorn into an even layer
7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares
8. Time to eat!
