Butter Pecan Popcorn

  1. Prepare popcorn
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter
  3. Add sugar, butter extract and corn syrup
  4. Allow to boil for 5 minutes
  5. Add baking soda, mixture will expand
  6. In a large bowl, pour caramel mixture over popcorn (be careful, it will be hot!)
  7. Chop pecans into bite-size pieces and mix into popcorn
  8. Stir until everything is evenly coated and incorporated
  9. Spread on a lined baking sheet and allow to cool
  10. Enjoy!
